The term “Fyre” refers to Fyre as an application on Discord. The terms “we” and “us” refer to the Fyre Staff Team (“Fyre Team”). The terms “user” and “users” refer to user accounts on Discord. The terms “server” and “servers” refer to servers (“guilds”) on Discord. The following Terms of Use outline your access to Fyre and any of it’s services on Discord. You must follow these terms at all times when using Fyre or any of it’s services.

Updates to Our Policies

We occasionally update our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Order Policy to keep everything accurate and transparent. When changes are made, we’ll notify users via an announcement in the Fyre Hub Discord server.

Following Discord’s Terms

Fyre is a Discord application, so all users must follow Discord’s Terms of Service at all times when using Fyre.

Using Fyre Respectfully

  1. Be kind. Don’t use Fyre to deliberately spam or harass users in any way.
  2. Use commands responsibly. Avoid spamming or intentionally trying to exploit, break, or disrupt Fyre’s features or functionality.

Access to Our Services

We occasionally grant gifted or complimentary licenses to certain users or servers. These licenses are offered at our discretion and may be revoked at any time and for any reason, without notice. Please note that Fyre’s free features are provided as an added benefit, and we may modify, restrict, or remove access to them at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

Failure to Comply

Failure to comply with these terms may result in your access to Fyre being revoked or restricted. We reserve the right to revoke or restrict your access to Fyre at any time for a violation of these terms.
